so, this morning i got to go to the hospital! yipee! i spotted this morning when i woke up for work, so i called the doctor on call at dr. lavin's office. i was totally hoping that he would say, oh let us just have you come into the office for a check up. unfortunately, i was not that lucky! we thought it was probably another infection like i had a month or two ago. every single test came back fine, which is good! however, the maternity doctor was surprised that dr. hatjis wanted to keep me overnight! we were also shocked! it turns out, he wants to make sure that i am not heading into preterm labor, which makes sense. that is the biggest thing i have to watch for with this pregnancy. so, here i am! thank goodness for matt who brought me my laptop and that hospitals have wireless available now! that will help me pass the time by while i am by myself tonight. i don't know why matt doesn't want to squeeze his 6'3" body onto the super tiny love seat and spend the night... lol! they have me hooked up to a contraction monitor, and as long as i am ok through the night i will get to go home in the morning! let us hope!
p.s. they measured the girls and they are 1.5lbs now!!! yay!
